Complaint Procedure

Report a complaint / service request

Should there be an unexpected complaint or service request about a product supplied by us? We find this very annoying and would like to resolve it! Quality and service are our top priority and we will do everything we can to find a solution for you.


Every purchase has rules or conditions attached to it:

  • The legal return period is 14 days after the delivery date of the product
  • In connection with hygiene, we only accept products that have not been slept in for return
  • The 1-year warranty period starts on the day of delivery, provided that the invoice can be presented
  • The guarantee only applies to product-technical defects
  • A service can only be claimed if the complaint form has been completed in full.

Incomplete forms will not be processed.
